Robotic Hydro-Jetting
ENVIROBOT® M4000
Why Robotic Hydro-Jetting?
When the ENVIROBOT® operates, the stripped area remains completely dry without any flash rust and can be painted immediately after.
Using only water with effluent contention eliminates all airborne dust usually associated with surface treatment.
Due to the ENVIROBOT®️ high production rate and the capability to have several other operations simultaneously, it’s possible to have a quicker and more efficient facility turnaround.
While working, there are no leaks of any dust and contaminated water, which means that there will be no harm to the environment.
After the jetting, the surface is left free of salts, oxidation, and chlorides. This operation will allow painting the surface without contaminating the coating.
The magnetic force of our robotic systems takes off the need for scaffolding or other elevation means, which leads to less burdened and safer work.
Manual Hydro-Jetting
Why Manual Hydro-Jetting?
After the jetting, the surface is left free of salts, oxidation, and chlorides. This operation will allow painting the surface without contaminating the coating.
Using only water with effluent contention eliminates all airborne dust usually associated with surface treatment.
It relies entirely on the energy of water striking on a surface to achieve its cleaning effect with no abrasive materials being involved.
