HYDRO-JETTING

Hydro-jetting is the most effective and environmentally friendly surface cleaning technique, depends entirely on the energy of the water that reaches the surface to obtain its cleaning effect.

Robotic Hydro-Jetting

Robotic hydro-jetting is the fastest, most effective, and cleanest surface treatment technique. Our company uses the most technologically advanced solution for hydro-jetting metal surfaces and removing paint and corrosion, the ENVIROBOT®️, initially developed and built by NASA. With over 20 years of experience building and working with ENVIROBOT®️ systems, Chariot Robotics provides its customers with the best and most reliable robotic hydro-jetting service on the global market.

ENVIROBOT® M4000

With a surface contaminant removal greater than conventional manual guns, the ENVIROBOT®️ M4000 improves coating adhesion and extends coating life, increasing in-water efficiency. It uses only ultra high-pressure water without any additives and collects 100% of all waste produced during the operation.

Why Robotic Hydro-Jetting?

Read to Paint Surface

When the ENVIROBOT® operates, the stripped area remains completely dry without any flash rust and can be painted immediately after.

Dust Free

Using only water with effluent contention eliminates all airborne dust usually associated with surface treatment.

Downtime Reduction

Due to the ENVIROBOT®️ high production rate and the capability to have several other operations simultaneously, it’s possible to have a quicker and more efficient facility turnaround.

No Pollution

While working, there are no leaks of any dust and contaminated water, which means that there will be no harm to the environment.

Salts and Oxidation Free

After the jetting, the surface is left free of salts, oxidation, and chlorides. This operation will allow painting the surface without contaminating the coating.

No Need of Scaffolding

The magnetic force of our robotic systems takes off the need for scaffolding or other elevation means, which leads to less burdened and safer work.

Manual Hydro-Jetting

Manual hydro-jetting is the method of cleaning the surfaces of various materials through the jet of water from a unique tool (gun) with extreme pressure. This process provides an excellent bonding surface for material repair and new coating applications. Moreover, it relies entirely on the energy of water striking on a surface to achieve its cleaning effect with no abrasive materials involved. Consequently, with dust pollution and disposal of abrasives eliminated, we have an environment-friendly alternative of grit-blasting.
